betjjili is an adult entertainment platform. Access to and use of betjjili's services is strictly reserved for individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously thereafter.

To be eligible to use betjjili, you must:

• Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party;
• Not have a previously closed, suspended, or terminated betjjili account unless betjjili has expressly reinstated your access in writing.

betjjili reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any point, including during initial registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or following any routine compliance review. Acceptable identity documents include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a Bangladesh driving licence. Failure to produce satisfactory proof of age within the requested timeframe will result in Account suspension pending resolution.

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on betjjili. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts — including through the use of different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or identity documents — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your Bangladesh NID, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a functional email address, and your date of birth. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change. betjjili accepts no responsibility for service disruptions arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betjjili login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. betjjili will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify betjjili support immediately so that appropriate protective action can be taken.

KYC verification is a mandatory step before betjjili will process any withdrawal request. Verification requires submission of a legible copy of your Bangladesh NID or equivalent government-issued photo identification, and — where required — proof of ownership of the payment method (for example, a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account registered in your name). In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence solely with respect to the matters they address.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply to all betjjili promotions:

• Each promotion is available to one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through the use of duplicate accounts will result in bonus forfeiture and potential Account suspension.

Players are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of a bet — including the selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming placement. betjjili will not void, reverse, or refund a confirmed bet on the grounds of player error unless there is a demonstrable technical fault on the Platform's side that materially affected the bet placement process.

For sports betting, betjjili offers pre-match and in-play markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, virtual sports, and other selected events. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled wager.

In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required time for settlement has elapsed, betjjili will apply the void and refund rules set out in the specific sport's rules section, which are published in the betjjili Help Centre. Generally, stakes on voided selections are returned to the player's account balance as real-money funds.

Casino games on betjjili — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and instant-win products — are operated using certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino, real-time dealing by human dealers streamed via video. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games reflect the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

betjjili reserves the right to void any bet or casino win where:

• The outcome was materially influenced by a technical malfunction, data feed error, or software bug;
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms & Conditions or the specific product's rules;

• The odds displayed were manifestly incorrect due to a human or system error, and the player could reasonably have identified the error.

Players using betjjili agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of any item in this list constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances, including real-money funds, where permitted by law.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or any other Account process;
• Identity theft: Registering an Account using another person's identity documents, payment credentials, or personal information;
• Money laundering: Using betjjili as a vehicle to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activities, or to obscure the origin of illicitly obtained funds;
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional terms through matched betting on bonus funds, coordinated multi-account play, or any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play intent;
• Match fixing and insider betting: Placing bets based on inside information about the outcome of a sporting event, or participating in any arrangement designed to fix or manipulate the outcome of a match for betting gain;
• Chargeback abuse: Filing a payment chargeback with a bank or mobile money provider for funds that were legitimately deposited and used for betting on betjjili;
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human play;
• Hacking and interference: Attempting to access, probe, or disrupt betjjili's servers, databases, software, or security systems through any unauthorised means;
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, tournament, or promotional competition;
• Underage access facilitation: Sharing betjjili account credentials with a person known or suspected to be under 18 years of age.

betjjili employs a combination of automated monitoring systems and human compliance review to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or credibly suspected, betjjili may freeze the affected Account pending investigation, withhold pending withdrawals, request additional documentation, and — where the investigation confirms a breach — permanently close the Account and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

betjjili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where betjjili has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity;
• The Player is no longer eligible to use the Platform (including as a result of age, location, or self-exclusion);
• The Player's continued use of the Platform poses a risk to betjjili's operational integrity or regulatory compliance obligations;
• The Player has submitted a self-exclusion request through the responsible gaming tools.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their betjjili Account may do so at any time by contacting betjjili support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

Where an Account is closed by betjjili as a result of a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, betjjili may, at its discretion, forfeit all or part of the Account balance — including real-money funds — to the extent permitted by applicable law. betjjili will communicate the reasons for closure to the Player where it is lawful and appropriate to do so.

betjjili provides its Platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will operate without interruption, error, or data loss at all times. While betjjili maintains high-availability infrastructure and actively monitors system performance, temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, third-party service disruptions, or Force Majeure events.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betjjili's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their betjjili Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betjjili expressly excludes all liability for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of anticipated winnings or profits not yet credited to an Account;
• Data loss or corruption arising from events outside betjjili's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information, statistics, or analysis published on or linked from the Platform;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors, banks, or mobile money operators;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where betjjili's security systems have not been compromised and the breach is attributable to the Player's failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits betjjili's liability for death or personal injury caused by betjjili's own gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

betjjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, betjjili will notify registered Players via email to the address on file or via a prominent in-Platform notification displayed upon the next login following the change. The updated Terms & Conditions will take effect from the date specified in the notification, which will be no less than seven days after the notification is issued, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of betjjili following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact betjjili support to close your Account and withdraw any outstanding real-money balance.

These Terms & Conditions, together with betjjili's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and betjjili with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether oral or written — relating to the subject matter herein.

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. betjjili's primary operational timezone is Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6), and all time references in these terms should be interpreted accordingly.

betjjili is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint arising from the use of the Platform, you should first contact betjjili's customer support team, which will attempt to resolve the matter within five business days. If the matter cannot be resolved through the support channel, betjjili will escalate the complaint to its internal dispute resolution team for formal review.
